Question 1: The color of the LED display becomes yellow

1. The baking temperature is too high or the time is too long;

2. The proportion of glue is wrong, and glue A is more likely to yellow.

Solution:

1. AB glue is cured and demoulded within 120-140°C/30 minutes, and it is easy to turn yellow when it is baked for a long time at 150°C.

2. AB glue is cured and demoulded at 120-130°C/30-40 minutes, and it will turn yellow if it is over 150°C or if it is baked for a long time.

3. When making large lamp holders, lower the curing temperature.



Question 2: LED display lamp beads bubble problem

Reason:

1. Air bubbles in the bowl: the bracket is poorly dipped in glue.

2. Stent bubbles: The curing temperature is too high, and the epoxy curing is too intense.

3. Glue cracking and top bursting: the curing time is short, and the curing of epoxy resin is incomplete or uneven. AB glue exceeds the available time.

4. Air bubbles on the surface of the lamp holder: Epoxy glue has difficulty in deaeration or the user's vacuum is not enough, and the glue time is too long.

Solution: According to the usage, improve the process or contact the epoxy supplier.



Question 3: LED display bracket climbing glue

Reason:

1. The uneven surface of the bracket produces capillary phenomenon.

2. AB glue contains volatile materials.

Solution: Please contact the supplier.



Question 4: LED display package is short-baked and discolored after long-baking is released from the mold

Reason:

1. The oven is stacked too densely and poorly ventilated.

2. The local temperature of the oven is too high.

3. There are other color pollutants in the oven.

Solution: Improve ventilation. Remove stains and confirm the actual temperature in the oven.



Question 5: Some of the lights on the same row of brackets are colored or have different gel times and uneven quality.

Reason: Insufficient mixing.

Solution: Stir thoroughly, especially at the corners of the container.
