For those defects found after getting the order package, please communicate with the sales rep via email, telephone, or other online tools like WeChat, WhatsApp and Skype.

After contacting the sales staff, if the quality issue comes from DEMO’s design and manufacturing, the boards will be returned to DEMO and DEMO will repair the boards and send them back to customers after retesting.

DEMO is responsible for the damaged boards caused by inadequate packaging.
