Do you offer after-sale service if we get defective LED luminaire boards?

Yes, we provide a professional after-sale service team. For those defects found after getting the order package, you can contact the sales rep via email, telephone, or other online tools. If the quality issue comes from our design and manufacturing, we will repair the boards and send them back to you after retesting. We are responsible for the damaged boards caused by inadequate packaging.
