Answer: This situation is generally because the controller does not read the card correctly and does not output a valid control program. The reasons may be:



1. The SD card is empty and there is no effect file



2. The program file name in the SD card is wrong



3. The SD card is not formatted as required before copying the effect file



4. The effect file in the SD card does not match the lamp chip and controller model, you need to contact the manufacturer to recreate the effect file



5. Test after replacing the new SD card to rule out the possibility that the SD card is broken



Fault 2: After power-on, the controller indicator is normal and there is a signal output, but the LED point light source module has no effect change?



Answer: There are generally the following reasons for this situation:



1. Check whether the signal line of the lamp and the controller are properly connected



2. The signal of the external control lamp has an in/out direction, check whether the control signal enters from the signal terminal of the previous lamp



3. Check whether the selected model when making the effect file *.led in the SD card is consistent with the chip used by the current lamp



4. The luminaire and the controller must share the same ground, that is, the GND of the luminaire and the GND of the controller must be connected together



Fault 3: After the controller is connected to the lamp, the effect changes, but the lamp flickers, and the controller indicator shows normal?



Answer: 1. The ground wire between the controller and the lamp is not connected



2. The power supply voltage of the lamp is insufficient



3. The effect made in the SD card is wrong, and the lamp chip selected when making the effect does not match the chip of the actual lamp



4. The distance between the controller and the headlight is far (distance> 10 meters), and the signal transmission is unstable



Fault 4: After power-on, the controller and the front part of the lamps are working normally. Starting from a certain lamp, the rear lamps are not normal?



Answer: In this case, the latter part of the lamps fails to receive the signal normally, and the reasons are usually as follows:



1. Individual lamp IC is faulty or the signal line before and after the lamp is damaged. Generally, replace the first non-lighting lamp in the abnormal position or the lamp in front of it.



2. When writing the program, the number of point light sources is less (for example, 9000 are actually used, and only 8000 are written in the program), so the latter part has no animation effect, and you need to contact the manufacturer to rewrite the program



Fault 5: After power-on, the controller works normally, and the lamp changes position abnormally, which is different from the designed video screen effect?



Answer: This situation is caused by the inconsistency between the order of installing the lights and the designed wiring diagram. It is necessary to adjust the order and position of the installation of the lights according to the designed wiring diagram, or to arrange the actual installation of the lights Wire input to the computer to reprogram



Trouble 6: After power-on, the LED point light source module can change normally, but how many individual point LED Light module sources display colors are different from others?
