The number of receiving cards for the full-color LED display, that is to say, the maximum loading capacity of each receiving card is calculated. The specific loading capacity of each receiving card is different. The length and width of the color LED display screen are different (length and width refer to pixels), which is derived from the design of the receiving card. For example, the control system of Lingxingyu, the control range of each receiving card: 256*128 points, 256*64 points (RV901 card), full-color LED display scanning mode is calculated according to 256*128 points, outdoor full-color LED The static display screen can be calculated as 256*64 points, and the pixels of the receiving card must be larger than the pixels of the screen, so that it can be brought up.
1. The calculation method of indoor full-color LED display sending card and receiving card:
Example: Now the customer has customized a P10 indoor full-color display with a length of 20 meters and a height of 10 meters.
1. Calculate how many modules are used.
The unit board size of P10 display screen is: 32cm*16cm.
Number of modules used in length: 2000cm/32cmu003d62.5
Width use module 1000cm/16cmu003d62.5
2. Calculate the resolution of length and width:
(The pixel of P10 indoor unit board is: 32*16)

3. Calculate the number of receiving cards.
(Indoor screen receiving card 256*128)

4. Calculate the number of sending cards

2. Calculation method of sending card and receiving card of outdoor full-color LED display:
For outdoor full-color LED displays, we can calculate according to the number of boxes, one or two boxes can receive one card, one box one card or two boxes one card.
